This year:

• We re-let 195 properties, with an average re-let time of 67.73 days compared to 30.94 days the previous year. (the UK average for Local Authorities is 86.3 days).
• The number of cases of anti-social behaviour reported has decreased to 172 cases compared to 179 cases in the previous year, and 288 in 2021/2020 which is below the national average.
• Our Housing Officers have been attending regular drop-in surgeries.
