This year we continued to progress a major project to improve the energy efficiency of our properties.

We have installed solar PV panels, new windows and doors, and increased insulation so that occupiers can heat their home more efficiently and generate their own electricity from a renewable source, saving them money in the process.

Throughout 2022/2023 we worked with a small number of tenants to monitor their energy use, and we are happy to report that they have seen significant reductions in both electricity and gas usage compared to previous years.

We have retrofitted approximately 700 properties since the project first began.
