Pay your service charges

When paying your service charges, it can be paid in full or you can request to pay it in instalments by setting up a monthly direct debit.

Direct Debits can be arranged by completing and returning the mandate that is on the reverse of your invoice.

You will need your service charge invoice number to make a payment to us.

We will notify you once payment has been received.

  • By telephone - payment by debit and credit card is accepted. Please telephone 0300 456 0636 to pay.
  • By post - please send cheque's / postal orders to Exeter City Council, Civic Centre, Exeter, EX1 1JW. Cheque's and postal orders should be made payable to 'Exeter City Council', crossed and the invoice number quoted on the reverse.
  • In person - you can pay at our Customer Service Centre using cash, cheque or debit cards at the following address: Exeter City Council, Civic Centre, Exeter, EX1 1JW.
