Meetings, agenda and minutes

Show all parts of this guide

1. Browse agendas and minutes

Our committees system holds an archive of agendas and minutes for Council, committee and sub-committee meetings.

Minutes, agendas and reports will be available for six years and background papers for four years, after the relevant meeting (Committee, Council or Executive). Some of these papers will be covered by the Access to Information rules and contained in what is known as "Part II" papers. These will not be published because they contain, for example, details about individuals or commercially sensitive information.

If you are interested in watching live streams of meetings, please follow the Exeter City Council Facebook page where you will be notified each time a live stream is taking place.
