9. Phone line, power line and signal disruption

Trees interfering with phone lines, power lines or TV signal

Telephone lines and power lines (also known as 'Wayleaves') are not our responsibility. If you have a problem or concern with your telephone line or power line you should contact your Local Network Operator as they have a responsibility to maintain clearance from their equipment.

There is no legal right to a television reception. Problems with television signal can often be alleviated by the relocation of the aerial or satellite dish as well as the use of a signal booster. We will not prune or remove trees to improve a TV signal.
