You will need your account reference number, which you can find on any account documentation that we have sent you, and a password.
If you have only recently opened your Council Tax or Housing Benefit account then a password will be sent to you shortly.
If you have lost or forgotten your password please request a new password by email using the contact details on the right. A password will then be sent to you by post to your registered address.
