On street parking - enforcement and fines

Many of the Devon County Council On Street pay and display parking bays in Exeter have the RingGo pay to park by mobile phone in operation. To use the RingGo facility you will just need a mobile phone and payment card. Details of the service can be found on the parking meters on site.

The council is a member of the Parking and Traffic Regulations Outside London (PATROL) Adjudication Joint Committee.   The Joint Committee publishes an Annual Statement of Accounts which is subject to External Audit and the arrangements for 2011/12 can be found at:  PATROL Statement of Accounts .
