The following page is aimed at agencies already involved in supporting clients in Accommodation Based Projects (Funded by Supporting People) and looking at other move-on opportunities for their clients, and for Agencies wishing to refer a current client into supported accommodation in Exeter.  It is important that you contact an agency prior to completing any referrals, this is in order to check for waiting lists and whether a referral will be appropriate.  The following information has been provided by the participating agencies and is hosted on Exeter City Council's website.  All efforts are made to keep information as up to date as possible.
