This service is available for rubbish, recycling and garden waste collections. How to apply Because of the high cost of providing this service, it can only be provided to people with a genuine need for it and we will require evidence of this. To apply please download and complete the Assisted Waste Collections [194kb]. application form, and post it to the Recycling Officer at the address on the form.
