You can do this by completing the Online eForm below. Following submission of this form, you will be contacted by the Mayoral Support unit to confirm whether or not the Lord Mayor is available on the date of your event. Please ensure that you give plenty of notice to ensure availability You will then be sent a 'Mayoral Event Booking Form' on which you can provide more detail about the event itself.
