The Exeter Move-on Panel (EMP) considers referrals in accordance with Devon Homechoice Policy and Exeter SmartMove Policy. The group is a multi agency body and comprises representatives from Exeter City Council Housing, Street Homeless Outreach Team (SHOT), Stonham Housing Association, Recovery and Independent Living Teams (Mental Health), Carr-Gomm, Community Housing Aid (CHA), Landlord Services (Housing Officers from Exeter City Council and other Partnership Landlords), Young Devon, Exeter Foyer and the City of Exeter YMCA. This group meets to consider move-on options for clients reaching the end of their placement in Exeter supported accommodation projects. |
