The Government have provided a relief scheme for those ratepayers who have had large increases in their rate bills due to the national revaluations which came into effect on 1 April 1995, 2000, 2005 & 2010. This has been offset in part by the phasing in of reductions from those ratepayers who have gained from these revaluations. |
