Exeter and Heart of Devon Employment and Skills Board The Exeter and Heart of Devon (EHOD) Employment and Skills Board is an Employer-led organisation which aims to improve people's lives through employment and skills opportunities. We are a collaborative, proactive and voluntary organisation that brings together employers, providers, facilitators and funders.
