A Masterplan has been produced for the Newcourt area of Exeter City.
The purpose of the document is to provide a framework to guide the future development of a sustainable urban extension to the south east of the City. It will supplement policies in the emerging Core Strategy Development Plan Document (DPD) and will be important for guiding future planning applications for the site. The Masterplan has been produced to enable the comprehensive development of this area through the planning process.
The consultation period ran from 1 March to 12 April 2010 and the Consultation Questions (March 2010) document is included below for reference.
Exeter City Council's Executive approved the Masterplan for Development Management purposes and for future adoption as a Supplementary Planning Document (SPD) at meetings on 28th September 2010 and 23rd November 2010. The agenda reports and the minutes will be available on our Councillors and Council meetings - minutes, agendas and reports page.
