Please see the table below for the times of operation of the residents parking restriction in each zone. A permit must be displayed when parking in a residents parking bay/area during the times of operation, including Bank Holidays. Drivers should always check the signs on-street in case any changes have made before this information can be updated.

Please note that displaying a residents' parking permit or visitors parking permit does not allow you to park in a Limited Waiting bay for longer than the time specified on the sign.

S4 - Pennsylvania	8am - 6pm Monday to Friday
S5 - West Garth Road	10am - 4pm Monday to Friday
