This is applicable to member's clubs, miner's welfare institutes and for commercial clubs. You may wish to apply for a club gaming permit if you only intend to provide gaming machines,equal chance gaming and games of chance. You may have 3 gaming machines of categories B3A, B4, C and D. Only one B3A machine is permitted on the premises. Any existing registration certificates under parts 2 and 3 of the Gaming Act 1968 will be able to operate until those certificates expire.
