The Warm Up Grant provides payments up to a maximum of £3,000 per property to provide top-up funding for energy efficiency measures. This applies where energy providers are part funding energy efficiency measures under their Energy Company Obligation (ECO).

The Grant can also fund energy efficiency measures which do not attract Energy Company Obligation, for example insulation to mobile homes and the installation of central heating for the first time.

Applicants must have been identified through our Energy Company Obligation flexible eligibility Statement of Intent.

To qualify for the top-up a survey must be carried out by the energy provider, a local installer, or an agent and qualifying works identified.
