Optix Solutions was created by three University of Exeter graduates in 1999.  The team had identified three different potential UK locations in which to set up their new business.  None of these were Devon but, after further investigation into all the pros and cons, the trio decided to make Exeter their base.

This web design agency has established itself as one of the leaders in its field.  Located on Marsh Barton, it has grown and now has a team that comprises almost 20 employees.

Alastair Banks, co-founder of the firm, is very proud to have built his business in Exeter and often talks of the exciting technology and digital focus the city has for its vision running up to 2020.   He describes Exeter as having everything you could want saying:
